If you email us, your email application or service handles the message. The website itself does not send it.

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as your name, contact details and enquiry.
We use this information to respond, provide assistance, handle complaints and maintain correspondence records. Emailing us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records, then delete or de-identify personal information unless retention is required by law.
You can make a general enquiry without providing your full name, although we need a way to respond.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, use tracking pixels or store visitor information in your browser’s local or session storage. Its pages do not include analytics scripts.
Protecting information

Hosting and website traffic
This website is hosted in an Australian data center. Application-level web-request logging is disabled.
Your IP address is processed as part of connecting to and delivering the website. The website pages do not record it or use it to recognise returning visitors.
We use our hosting provider’s aggregate request and performance statistics to monitor website reliability. A request is not the same as an individual visitor: one visit can generate several requests. Our hosting provider retains its standard platform metrics for 93 days; these metrics do not contain your email correspondence or visitor IP addresses.
Service providers and disclosure
We use an email service provider to handle email enquiries. Our mailbox content is stored at rest in Australia. This storage location does not mean all processing or access takes place in Australia: our email provider and its service providers may process information or access it from overseas to operate and support the service, subject to our email provider's contractual data-protection commitments.
Our service providers handle relevant information as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
